When you purchase the FLYNN necklace, you become part of a movement dedicated to animal welfare. 20% of each sale goes directly to Island Rescue Organization, so that abandoned and abused animals may receive the care, love, and shelter they deserve.
IRO provides care for more than 100 animals waiting to be adopted into loving homes. The organization also takes care of a number of animals that are undergoing medical care or are being rehabilitated for behavioral problems stemming from their unfortunate pasts. IRO is fully run by volunteers, and as a community-focused organization, it depends on public support for funding and assistance with day-to-day operations.

What material are your products made of?
Our necklaces and bracelets are made of stainless steel. They are non-tarnish, hypoallergenic, lead-free, and nickel-free.
Will the color fade after using the jewelry a few times?
Our accessories are non-tarnish and saltwater resistant. You can wear them in the shower, at the beach, and even underwater. With proper care, these pieces can last a few years.
Care tips?
Always clean jewelry after use. Wash with plain water after exposure to sweat or saltwater. Gently wipe off any moisture and make sure it is completely dry before storing. This is to ensure the longevity of its color and shine.

How do I make a purchase?
For easier tracking, all transactions shall be done here on our website. We do not accept orders made via our social media pages. Should you have any concerns or special requests, kindly send an email to isolanaco@gmail.com.
What are the payment methods that I can choose from?
We're now accepting payments made through PayPal (credit or debit) and Paymongo (GCash, debit/credit, BillEase, GrabPay, BPI, and Maya). We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

How much is the shipping fee?
We offer FREE SHIPPING within the Philippines for all orders above P1,200. Our standard free shipping takes about 5-10 business days. Our flat rate shipping fee for orders below P1,200 is only P100.
Orders are shipped via J&T Express. For addresses within Cebu City, same-day deliveries via Lalamove are possible on weekdays only.
When will my order(s) get shipped out?
Starting January 2024, all orders will be shipped out on Mondays and Thursdays only.
