What material are your products made of?
Our necklaces and bracelets are made of stainless steel. They are non-tarnish, hypoallergenic, lead-free, and nickel-free.
Will the color fade after using the jewelry a few times?
Our accessories are non-tarnish and saltwater resistant. You can wear them in the shower, at the beach, and even underwater. With proper care, these pieces can last a few years.
Care tips?
Always clean jewelry after use. Wash with plain water after exposure to sweat or saltwater. Gently wipe off any moisture and make sure it is completely dry before storing. This is to ensure the longevity of its color and shine.

How do I make a purchase?
For easier tracking, all transactions shall be done here on our website. We do not accept orders made via our social media pages. Should you have any concerns or special requests, kindly send an email to isolanaco@gmail.com.
What are the payment methods that I can choose from?
We're now accepting payments made through PayPal (credit or debit) and Paymongo (GCash, debit/credit, BillEase, GrabPay, BPI, and Maya). We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

How much is the shipping fee?
We offer FREE SHIPPING within the Philippines for accessories worth above P2,000. Our standard free shipping takes about 5-10 business days. Our flat rate shipping fee for orders below P2,000 is only P100.
Local orders are shipped via J&T Express.
Large parcels are not eligible for free shipping.
When will my order(s) get shipped out?
All orders will be shipped out on Mondays and Thursdays only. For more information about shipping, please read our Shipping Policy.
What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?
Isolana Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
For lost packages, kindly raise the concern directly to our local courier J&T Express through their live chat service, as they require coordination with the receiver.
