No Returns Due to Hygiene & Safety Precautions
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on jewelry. Please ensure that you review all product details before purchasing.
Damages & Issues
We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days so we can arrange a free replacement.
Warranty for Parts
- Regular Priced Items: We offer free replacement for broken parts only within 3 months from purchase.
- Sale Items: We may consider free replacement for broken parts only within 1 month from purchase.

- We do not accept returns or refund requests due to change of mind.
- We cannot offer refunds for sale items or any purchases made with a discount or promotional code.
- All product details, including material, size, color, and weight, are clearly stated on each product page. Requests for returns or refunds based on these factors will not be considered valid.
- We do not offer full or partial refunds for used items.
Isolana Co. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
For lost packages, kindly raise the concern directly to our local courier J&T Express through their live chat service, as they require coordination with the receiver.
